Privacy Policy

Short version: we collect what we need to find you funding, we share it only with parties working to fund your request, and we never sell it to data brokers or unrelated advertisers.
What we collect
- What you tell us: your name, business name and state, email, phone, funding amount and purpose, revenue band, time in business, and current-funding details you enter in our application.
- Automatically: basic device and usage data (pages viewed, referral source, and how far you get in the application) via privacy-respecting analytics, used to improve the funnel.
- Later, only with your go-ahead: if you move forward, documents and verification data needed to place your deal (for example, bank statements, or a credit check performed by a lender). We tell you before any credit inquiry, and top-of-funnel checks won't affect your personal credit.
Who we share it with
We share your information only with parties working to fund your request:
- Our lending partners, so they can review your request and make you an offer.
- Vetted, licensed broker partners — only if we can't place your request ourselves, and only with partners actively working to fund it.
- Service providers that run our email, forms, analytics, and CRM under confidentiality obligations.
How partners may contact you
When you submit an application and check the consent box, you agree that Fundangle and the funding and broker partners above may contact you by email, phone, and text about your funding request. Message and data rates may apply. Their contact is limited to your funding request — not unrelated marketing.
Your choices
- Texts: reply STOP to any message to opt out.
- Everything: email hello@fundangle.com to stop contact, or to request a copy or deletion of your information.
- Calling window: we and our partners call only between 8am and 9pm your local time.
Data retention & security
We keep application data as long as needed to work your request and meet legal and recordkeeping obligations, then dispose of it. We use reasonable safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
Business-purpose data
Fundangle serves businesses. Some applicants are sole proprietors or personal guarantors, so an application may include personal information. We treat that information carefully and honor deletion requests to the extent the law allows.
